Términos de uso
1. El servicio
SQBO es una herramienta interna de ATE Accounting & Tax Services, desarrollada y operada por WebMinds LLC, para supervisar el avance del cierre contable: estado de conciliación por cuenta y por mes, statements faltantes, reportes y alertas. Se conecta a QuickBooks Online y solo realiza consultas de lectura.
2. Quién puede usarlo
Solo las personas autorizadas por ATE Accounting & Tax Services. Cada usuario es responsable de mantener su contraseña en reserva y de avisar si sospecha un uso no autorizado.
3. Uso de la información
- SQBO muestra indicadores calculados a partir de QuickBooks y de la información que ATE Accounting & Tax Servicesimporta o confirma. No reemplaza a QuickBooks ni constituye asesoría contable, fiscal o legal.
- ATE Accounting & Tax Services es responsable de la exactitud de la información que importa o confirma manualmente.
- El estado que SQBO detecta desde QuickBooks es una pre-detección; la confirmación final del cierre la hace ATE Accounting & Tax Services.
4. Conexión con QuickBooks
La conexión se autoriza compañía por compañía desde QuickBooks y puede revocarse en cualquier momento desde SQBO (Configuración → QuickBooks → Desconectar) o desde QuickBooks. El tratamiento de los datos se describe en la Política de privacidad.
5. Disponibilidad
Hacemos lo razonable para que SQBO esté disponible y funcione correctamente, pero puede haber interrupciones por mantenimiento o por servicios de terceros (QuickBooks, infraestructura). El servicio se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías distintas de las acordadas por escrito con ATE Accounting & Tax Services.

1. The service
SQBO is an internal tool of ATE Accounting & Tax Services, developed and operated by WebMinds LLC, to monitor month-end close progress: reconciliation status per account and month, missing statements, reports and alerts. It connects to QuickBooks Online and only performs read queries.
2. Who may use it
Only people authorized by ATE Accounting & Tax Services. Each user must keep their password confidential and report any suspected unauthorized use.
3. Use of information
- SQBO displays indicators computed from QuickBooks and from information that ATE Accounting & Tax Services imports or confirms. It does not replace QuickBooks and is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
- ATE Accounting & Tax Services is responsible for the accuracy of the information it imports or confirms.
- The status SQBO derives from QuickBooks is a pre-detection; final close confirmation is made by ATE Accounting & Tax Services.
4. QuickBooks connection
Each company connection is authorized from QuickBooks and can be revoked at any time from SQBO (Configuración → QuickBooks → Desconectar / Settings → QuickBooks → Disconnect) or from QuickBooks. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep SQBO available and working correctly, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party services (QuickBooks, infrastructure). The service is provided "as is", without warranties other than those agreed in writing with ATE Accounting & Tax Services.
6. Changes
